GOODWILL FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT is registered for sustainable human development. Multi purpose development in walks of life with natural balance regarding peace and prosperity.

More than  A decade. we are working with marginalize and poorest communities in remote backward villages/slums/brick kiln slums and destitute areas. People who face challenges of hunger, basic needs, homelessness etc.

With spirit of Christian and universal human values, human respect, peace, social harmony, dignity of human rights, prosperity etc our source of inspiration.

Empowerment and prosperity of local people in daily life. We promote Christian values in daily life business among our local Christian communities. We are an inter denominations and  working with local rural Christian communities / denominations. Humanitarian approaches we adopt and give priority to human values.             

At grass roots level we are working. We initiate activity in a community with process of animation and development to organize local CBO (Community Base Organization / Village Council ) which represent local community, women group, youth group, street children group, small business group and professional groups. All groups work with collaboration and integration in guidance of collective wisdom. To make a community professional and practical in human development activities. 

Participatory community development approach. We encourage result oriented usage of community resources. We have effective networking of CBOs and development groups at grass roots level. CBOs and development groups are base of our organization. All development activities we do according to our local communities needs. We motivate, organize local communities for peace, tolerance, civilized and responsible human being.

We encourage Social Enterprises for small business promotion to eradicate poverty and hunger. According to local scenario, potential and market needs to establish business culture on micro level.. With small business activities in  results to enable our local  people come out of poverty and financial problems. Self reliance, confidence building, self employment in daily life.

A culture of human equality and prosperity we encourage in communities. To involve our local women leadership community decision making process and equally participate in development activities. We encourage and involve ignored, downtrodden and discriminated people.

 Act Locally think Globally our organization is working with realistic and practically. We encouraging our local marginalize poor communities to be fruit full, peace full and civilized part of international human family.  We are optimistic to achieve our local development goals with logical networking and practical cooperation of our humanitarian friends. We trust in prosperous changes, poverty eradication, sustainable human development and peace all are possible with practical work and united human activities.
